A Brand Ambassador is a person who represents a brand in a positive light and by doing so they help to increase brand awareness and sales. The brand ambassador is meant to embody the corporate identity in appearance, demeanor, values and ethics. They will talk to everyone and get valuable feedback.
You'll see our lovely Brand Ambassadors at the event doing a few things. Some will be asking you about your experience so we can make annual improvements. Others might be passing out prizes and taking social media pictures. Our ultimate goal is to create a positive, memorable experience. Your feedback during and after the event will assist us in doing just that. Say hello to them and please be kind. You'll see them at the VIP Station, Media/Green Room, Game Stations, Charge It Stations and near the Admin/Will Call Tent.
